Sign in to creativecloud.adobe.com/apps, then click either Download or Install for the app you want to install. Looking for the Creative Cloud desktop app? It installs automatically with your first app. If you prefer, you can download it directly. If prompted, sign in to your Adobe account to begin installation. Then, follow the onscreen instructions. The Creative Cloud desktop app launches automatically upon successful installation.

In the Apps tab of the Creative Cloud desktop app, applications are not listed as installed. Or, they are listed as installed, but are not located in the Start menu or the Application folder.

In the Creative Cloud desktop app, click Sign out from the Profile menu.

Quit the Creative Cloud desktop app:

• Version 5.0 and later: Press command+Q (macOS) or Ctrl+W (Windows)
• Version 4.9 or earlier: Click the three dots vertical icon in the upper-right corner of the Creative Cloud for desktop app and choose Quit.

Navigate to the following location and rename opm.db:

• macOS: Macintosh HD/Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
  
• Windows: C:Users[user name]AppDataLocalAdobeOOBE

Change the name to opm.db.old

The applications are now listed as installed in the Apps panel of the Creative Cloud desktop app.
